On June 27, Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee organized a Conference to announce the Dak Lak Provincial Plan for the period 2021-2030, vision to 2050 and Investment Promotion in 2026.
Attending the conference were General Phan Van Giang, Member of the Politburo, Deputy Prime Minister cum Minister of National Defense; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghi, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee; and more than 1,000 delegates who are representatives of central ministries and sectors, international organizations, experts, scientists, businesses, domestic and foreign investors.

At the conference, Dak Lak province announced the Provincial Plan for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050; and announced a list of 257 projects calling for investment with a total registered capital expected to be more than 1 million billion VND in many key areas.
Along with that, the province awarded investment policy decisions and investment registration certificates to 32 projects with a total estimated investment capital of about 40,000 billion VND (equivalent to 1.94 billion USD).
The province also awarded survey policies and investment cooperation memorandums to 25 investors with 28 projects, with a total estimated investment capital of about 427 trillion VND (equivalent to 16.25 billion USD).
Within the framework of the investment promotion program, the province also organized the groundbreaking, inauguration and launch of 20 projects with a total expected investment capital of trillions of VND, creating new momentum for socio-economic development in the coming time.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Do Huu Huy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee affirmed that the locality will accompany the business community and investors with specific actions; taking the results of serving businesses as a measure of the government's management efficiency.
According to the Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, the locality is committed to ensuring a stable, transparent, and consistent investment environment; fully protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of businesses and investors.
The province continues to promote administrative reform, expand the "Green Corridor" mechanism, and strive to reduce at least 50% of the time to resolve procedures related to investment, land, construction and related administrative procedures.
Local authorities are committed to accompanying businesses throughout the project life cycle, from surveying, researching investment opportunities, preparing dossiers, implementing projects to operating and expanding investment," Mr. Huy emphasized.
Proving the determination to improve the investment environment, Dak Lak province has completed the 30-day campaign to clear the coastal road - a dynamic infrastructure project of strategic significance for the province's development.
Currently, the province is implementing the 60-day project site clearance campaign in Hoa Xuan commune to create a clean land fund to implement key projects, urban areas, services, tourism and key projects in the coming time.
Dak Lak is committed to proactively creating clean land funds, accelerating compensation, support, resettlement and site clearance; mobilizing the entire political system to participate, preparing land funds, resettlement areas and necessary conditions to accelerate project implementation progress.
For key projects, driving force projects and projects with a major impact on socio-economic development, provincial leaders will directly direct the removal of difficulties and obstacles, ensuring that site clearance work is carried out synchronously, in accordance with regulations and meets the progress.
We understand that the time of businesses is also an opportunity for local development. Therefore, Dak Lak will make maximum efforts to shorten the preparation time for investment, creating the most favorable conditions for projects to soon go into operation and promote efficiency," affirmed the Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee.
