On July 30, the Department of Industry and Trade of Dak Lak province said that the unit had sent a document to production and business enterprises in the area to strengthen the organization of promotional activities to stimulate consumption.
The Department recommends that businesses implement solutions to promote consumption, support production and expand consumption markets. Thereby, contributing to the completion of the province's economic growth target in 2025.
Promotional programs will focus on essential goods for the new school year, with topics such as: "School loan promotion month", "Happy Mid-Autumn Festival".
In particular, priority is given to promoting and consuming OCOP products, local specialties, and typical rural industrial products.
Enterprises are also encouraged to organize mobile sales, markets "Bringing Vietnamese goods to rural and mountainous areas" to serve people in remote areas, ethnic minority areas; at the same time, promote the application of digital technology in sales and electronic payments.
Sharing about this, the leader of the Department of Industry and Trade emphasized that in addition to implementing consumer stimulus, the authorities will strengthen inspection and strictly handle violations such as: Smuggling, trading in goods of unknown origin, and infringing on intellectual property.
