The enterprise's production system currently includes two large-scale factories that produce many different items but all comply with strict standards on food hygiene and safety:
· Factory No. 1 mainly produces fresh sausages - the main product line that has made the name of the Duc Viet brand over the past 25 years. Here, the stages from grinding meat, mixing spices, stuffing intestines to steaming, and even the technology of steaming from oak wood are all carried out tightly, under the close supervision of the technical team and the quality control system that meets standards.

· Factory No. 2 focuses on producing convenient products such as sterilized sausages, household appliances, bags, and pork sausages. This is a group of products that is in increasing demand thanks to its convenience and suitability for modern life.
Daesang Duc Viet specializes in process processing, optimizes productivity and ensures that each product line has the most ideal production conditions. The factory has achieved international certifications for food safety management such as HACCP, ISO 22000:2018, FSSC 22000 - standards widely applied in many demanding markets.

Automation - closed
At Daesang Duc Viet factories, the production process is constantly improved and automated, helping to strictly control raw materials to finished products, while minimizing the risk of cross-contamination. Each batch of products must go through testing steps to determine weight, sensory quality, probiotics... before being launched on the market. Each factory of Duc Viet is not only a place of production but also a place to preserve the reputation of the enterprise before consumers.
Continuously improving to adapt to the market
In parallel with ensuring quality standards, Daesang Duc Viet constantly improves the formula and expands the product portfolio to serve the diverse taste of consumers. The sterilized sausages, dumplings, tablets, and spring rolls are developed in a convenient way, can be eaten or used immediately after grilling/steaming, suitable for students, students, office workers and industrial kitchens.
