Accordingly, departments and branches must promptly provide information and documents related to investment projects for the tax sector and competent authorities to implement solutions to exploit revenue sources.
At the same time, closely monitor tax management with domestic enterprises, temporary operations of enterprises outside the province and foreign contractor taxes.
The competent authority will inspect and supervise the use of land by land lease projects, handle violations and collect exempted land rent.
The competent authority advises the Provincial People's Committee to reclaim land from enterprises violating land and tax laws; strengthen mineral management, periodic and surprise inspections and checks of mines.
The Dak Lak Tax Department will step up inspection and examination of enterprises in areas with high tax risks such as minerals, restaurants, hotels, e-commerce, public education, healthcare, etc.
Dak Lak Tax Department coordinates with police agencies and related units to fight against tax evasion, tax fraud, and tax crimes.

To achieve the budget revenue target of VND9,550 billion, Dak Lak province will focus on preventing tax losses by strengthening management, exploitation of resources and minerals and closely monitoring revenue from agricultural purchasing enterprises and enterprises outside the province.
Dak Lak province will also promote financial collection from state-owned house sale projects, invest in land use fees, and remove obstacles to compensate for previous years' revenue losses.
In the 10% increase in budget revenue, taxes and fees are expected to contribute VND550 billion.
