    From July 1, 2025, the system of 350 Grassroots Taxes under the Taxes of provinces and cities will be clearly defined in terms of name, head office and management area according to Decision 1378/QD-CT.

    From July 1, 2025, the tax system at the grassroots level in localities will officially be completed according to Decision 1378/QD-CT issued by the Tax Department on June 30, 2025.

    According to this decision, the names, headquarters and management areas of 350 Grassroots Taxes under the Taxes of provinces and centrally run cities are established nationwide. The issuance of new regulations aims to ensure consistency in the organization of the apparatus, in line with the new tax organization model according to the provincial administrative boundaries.

    Decision 1378/QD-CT takes effect from July 1, 2025, and at the same time replaces Decision 111/QD-CT dated March 5, 2025 regulating the names, headquarters and management areas of district-level Tax Teams under the Regional Tax Department.
