Go Cong Partnership Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of public assets, which are the right to lease the Pickleball court area in Son Qui Ward Sports Complex, Dong Thap province.
According to the announcement, the auctioned asset is the right to lease a Pickleball court area of 1,224 m2, which is currently operating normally. The lease term is 3 years from the date of signing the contract, equivalent to 36 months.
The starting price is determined at 12 million VND/month. The total starting value for the entire rental period is 432 million VND.
The minimum price step applied is 1 million VND/month, equivalent to an increase of 36 million VND for the entire rental period.
The property is located at the Public Service Supply Center of Son Qui ward, Hung Hoa neighborhood, Son Qui ward, Dong Thap province.
The exploitation of this public asset is carried out according to the decisions and plans approved by Son Qui Ward People's Committee to improve the efficiency of using public assets in the area.
According to the plan, people in need can directly view the assets on June 17, 18 and 19, 2026 at the location where the assets are located.
The selling and receiving time for auction participation dossiers lasts from June 15 to the end of June 30, 2026 at the headquarters of Go Cong Partnership Auction Company.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 9:00 AM on July 3, 2026 in the form of a direct verbal auction.
Auction participants must deposit 86 million VND and fully meet the conditions according to the provisions of law on property auction.
Notably, the auction winner must meet the conditions for sports business activities according to current regulations and voluntarily carry out procedures to apply for a certificate of eligibility for business if required by law.
In addition, the winning bidder must maintain support policies to serve the community according to the approved public asset exploitation plan.
The leasing unit must support the competitions organized by Son Qui ward, support training and competition for the local Pickleball team, and apply the court fee level according to regulations approved by competent authorities.
According to the exploitation plan, the pickleball court usage fee applied includes 30,000 VND/turn for regular customers, 20,000 VND/turn for students and 600,000 VND/month for customers registering for monthly tickets.
The winning bidder is only allowed to use the premises for the right purpose of leasing, not allowed to transfer or sublease. In case of violation, the management agency has the right to terminate the contract ahead of schedule as prescribed.
