On March 21, Gia Lai Provincial Land Fund Development Center said that the unit is coordinating to organize the auction of land use rights to implement the CK54 Urban Area Project, Pleiku ward.
Land use rights for project implementation have a total area of 2,109. 445 m2, located adjacent to residential areas along Tran Van Binh street, adjacent to agricultural land, adjacent to Ia Linh stream and agricultural land, near Pleiku airport.
The housing product structure of the project includes: 60 detached villas, 826 twin villas; 84 golf course villas; 598 townhouses.
Commercial and service land includes commercial centers, convention centers, shopping villages, and hotels.
The starting price of the auctioned assets is 2,247.226 billion VND. Auction participants paid a deposit of 449.445 billion VND. According to the auction regulations, the total investment capital of the project is expected to be more than 14,398 billion VND.
Regarding the experience of investors participating in auctions: investors must have been investors who have implemented at least one housing construction investment project or at least one urban area construction investment project, or at least two golf course construction investment projects...

Auction participation documents are sold from the auction announcement date to April 3, 2026. The auction is held on April 22, 2026.
Along with restarting the Dak Doa golf course project, removing obstacles for a series of land projects in the area, CK54 Urban Area expects to help change the urban face, expand the development of mountain towns in a modern, civilized, and friendly direction.
Gia Lai province has also approved the policy of investing in the expansion and upgrading of the road to Tra Da Industrial Park, extending through the CK54 urban project to increase infrastructure connection, so that the project can truly attract investors to implement and create jobs for workers.
