The development of clean energy sources, modernization of electricity transmission and distribution infrastructure, and application of digital technology in the management and operation of the power system are considered priority orientations to improve energy efficiency and increase the competitiveness of the economy.
On July 15, in Ho Chi Minh City, the opening ceremony of the 19th International Exhibition on Electrical Technology & Equipment - Vietnam ETE; Energy Saving Products, Green Energy - Greenergy Expo; Electricity & Energy Exhibition ELECS Vietnam took place.
Speaking at the opening, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lam Giang - Director of the Department of Innovation, Green Transformation and Industrial Promotion (Ministry of Industry and Trade) - said that the Vietnam ETE Exhibition, Greenergy Expo Exhibition and ELECS Vietnam Exhibition are expected to bring opportunities for businesses to participate in trade promotion, technology transfer, attract investment, expand production and business, thereby contributing to promoting the development of the electricity and energy industry in Vietnam.

According to the organizers, Vietnam ETE & Greenergy Expo 2026 has a scale of nearly 20,000 m2 with more than 800 booths of nearly 650 domestic and international businesses from China, Korea, Germany, Austria, Russia, Japan, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand... Many businesses operating in the electricity and energy sectors participate in displaying and introducing products and technologies.
This year, the exhibition continues to have the participation of the Korea Electricity Manufacturers Association (KOEMA) with the ELECS Vietnam exhibition area, and a delegation of Chinese businesses introducing new technologies and equipment in the field of electricity and energy.

In addition, the 2nd International Exhibition on Processing, Packaging and Preservation of Vietnamese Agricultural Products & Food (Vietnam PFA 2026) also takes place from July 15-17 at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), Tan My ward.
The exhibition has the participation of many businesses in the field of processing, packaging and preservation of agricultural and food products at home and abroad. According to the organizers, the event aims to connect businesses, and at the same time support updates on new information about technology, production trends, export markets, find partners and expand distribution and product consumption networks.
