DOJI Jewelry Group has just been awarded the title "Best Companies to Work for in Asia" by HR Asia - the leading prestigious magazine in the region in the field of Human Resources on July 9, 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City. The award is evaluated based on the TEAM (Total Engagement Assessment Model) survey model, measuring the level of employee engagement, corporate culture and leadership efficiency. The survey results in 2026 show that the level of employee engagement at DOJI reached 96%, up from 95% in 2024. At the same time, the indicators of desire to continue to be attached to the business (4.9/5 points), willingness to contribute beyond expectations to achieve common goals (4.94/5 points) and introducing DOJI as an ideal workplace (4.92/5 points) are all at a very high level, reflecting the trust and attachment of the human resources team to the business.
