On July 30, Dong Nai City People's Committee just decided to lease an area of 586,043.8 m2 of land to Amata Long Thanh Urban Joint Stock Company that has been certified to have completed compensation, support and resettlement according to legal regulations.
In which, agricultural land, warehouses, research and development areas have an area of 357,967.9m2; land for operating and service centers has an area of 15,502.6 m2; land for technical infrastructure is 7,005.4 m2; land for park green trees, isolation green trees, water surface is 78,784.3 m2; land for internal traffic, parking lots (including the area of road 319 and the intersection of road 319 with the HCMC - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway) is 126,783.6 m2.
The purpose of use is land in the Industrial Park, investment in construction and business of high-tech industrial park infrastructure in Long Thanh. The land use term is until June 24, 2065, the State leases land and collects annual land rent.
Dong Nai City People's Committee requests Amata Long Thanh Urban Joint Stock Company to put land into use in accordance with the boundaries, area, and purpose of use that has been leased, ensure land use progress, and fully implement the responsibilities of the Industrial Park Investor according to the provisions of Land law and other relevant laws.
An Phuoc Commune People's Committee and Long Thanh Ward People's Committee inspect and supervise the use of land according to the correct purpose and progress of land use according to regulations.
