DSEZA Da Nang opens a channel to receive feedback from organizations and businesses

Head of the Management Board of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Zones (DSEZA), Mr. Vu Quang Hung, said that the establishment of this feedback channel aims to promptly handle problems and build a transparent and effective investment and business environment.

In particular, DSEZA also implements the form of receiving anonymous feedback to protect businesses.

Businesses may report negative behaviors such as being bothered when handling documents, being suggested using intermediary services, prolonging unreasonable processing time, or other signs of harassment in public duties.

DSEZA affirmed that each reflection is a practical action, contributing to building a companionship, integrity, protecting business rights and improving the investment environment in Da Nang.

Previously, Chairman of the People's Committee of Luong Nguyen Minh Triet also signed Decision No. 1012/QD-UBND to transfer the function of direct state management of industrial parks outside the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone in Quang Nam province (old) from the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Quang Nam province (old) to the Management Board of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks from August 18, 2025, including: Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc Industrial Park, Dong Que Son Industrial Park and Thuan Yen Industrial Park; Industrial parks planned in Quang Nam province before but not under the management of Chu Lai Open Economic Zone.

The Prime Minister's decision also assigned the Free Trade Zone in Da Nang City to the Management Board of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks - DSEZA - as the agency performing the function of direct state management in this area according to the "one-stop, on-site" model.
