On December 16, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province issued a decision approving the adjustment of the investment policy; at the same time, approving the investor, FLC Group Joint Stock Company, to implement the Commercial Hotel and Townhouse Complex project.
The hotel and commercial townhouse complex project has had its construction time adjusted and completed from December 2025 to June 2028.
From December 2025 to the end of March 2026, FLC Group must complete technical infrastructure projects (excluding technical infrastructure systems connecting from the hotel to the general technical infrastructure system) and complete 32 townhouses.
From March 2026 to the end of June 2028, the investor must complete the remaining technical infrastructure works, hotels, and green parks; complete the remaining 58 townhouses, and put the entire project into operation.
It is known that the Commercial Hotel and Townhouse Complex Project, invested by FLC Group Joint Stock Company, with the commercial name FLC Hilltop Gia Lai, was approved for investment by the People's Committee of Gia Lai province (old) in 2019.
The project has a scale of more than 3.1 hectares, implemented at 29 Nguyen Van Cu Street, Ia Kring Ward (now Dien Hong Ward, Gia Lai Province), with a total estimated investment of over 760 billion VND.
The project started construction in the third quarter of 2019. However, during the implementation process, some problems arose, causing the project to be unfinished and the progress to be delayed for a long time.
Also in December 2025, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province issued a decision approving the investment policy for the Dak Doa golf course project under the form of bidding to select investors. According to the decision, Dak Doa golf course has a scale of 36 holes, with an estimated investment capital of more than VND1,150 billion on an area of 174 hectares.
Previously, the Dak Doa golf course project was assigned by the People's Committee of Gia Lai province (old) to FLC Group as the investor, with an operating period of 50 years from the date of the decision on land allocation and land lease by the competent state agency.
FLC Group plans to build a complex of hotels, resorts and golf courses on a total area of 500 hectares, with a total investment of 1,321 billion VND.
However, from 2022 to now, the project has been unfinished and construction activities have had to stop. After a field survey, the working group of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee decided to restart the project and bid to select a competent and experienced investor.
