Assign Bac Ninh Power to report to the Northern Power Corporation to negotiate connections and meet the proposed capacity to ensure power supply for the next phase of production for micro Commercial Components Company Limited.
Assign the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board to: Proactively guide and support businesses in carrying out procedures related to master plan planning, appraisal of feasibility study reports, construction licensing, licensing of foreign workers...
micro Commercial Components Vietnam Co., Ltd. is responsible for closely coordinating with relevant agencies of Bac Ninh province to implement the project quickly, in accordance with Vietnamese law and international law.
Previously, on the morning of December 2, Mr. Pham Hoang Son - Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province received and worked with Mr. Chen Rui Sheng, CEO of Yangjie Group (China) on supporting micro Commercial Components Vietnam Co., Ltd. to expand investment activities in Yen Phong II-C Industrial Park.
The project was granted an investment certificate by micro Commercial Component Company Limited in July 2023 in Yen Phong II-C Industrial Park, with a total registered investment capital of 90 million USD, and has been in operation since the first quarter of 2025.
The Group representative said that they are researching and implementing a new project in Bac Ninh, which is to produce wafers (semiconductor wire) for the micro Commercial Components factory in Vietnam and provide semiconductor wafers to the global market with a production scale of 2,400,000 wafer products/year. The total investment capital is expected to increase by 30 - 40 million USD.
