Recording gas prices of Petrolimex Gas Corporation today, May 14, retail gas prices continue to remain stable in many provinces and cities as businesses have not yet implemented a new adjustment phase after the price increase in early May:
According to Petrolimex's latest price list, in Hanoi, a 12kg domestic gas cylinder is currently listed at 598.104 VND, while a 48kg industrial cylinder is maintained at 2,392.416 VND.
In Hai Phong, Petrolimex gas prices today continued to remain stable at 596.160 VND for 12kg cylinders and 2,428.704 VND for 48kg cylinders.
In the Central region, the Da Nang market has not recorded new fluctuations. The retail price of 12kg gas cylinders is currently at 587,000 VND, while the 48kg cylinder type is maintained around the 2,263,000 VND mark.
In the Southern region, Petrolimex continues to maintain the retail price list in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, 12kg domestic gas cylinders are sold at 592,000 VND, while 48kg industrial cylinders maintain around the threshold of 2,364,000 VND.
Notably, Can Tho continues to be the locality with the lowest price in the Petrolimex system. According to records, 12kg gas cylinders are currently sold at about 550,000 VND, while 48kg cylinders are listed around 2,200,000 VND.
Petrolimex's maintenance of a stable price schedule is helping the domestic gas market maintain balance in the context that world energy prices have not fluctuated too strongly.
