In the Northern region, the price of live pigs today decreased by 1,000 VND/kg in many provinces and cities such as: Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Lai Chau, Dien Bien, Son La (at 58,000 VND/kg), Tuyen Quang, Thai Nguyen, Lao Cai (59,000 VND/kg), Bac Ninh, Hung Yen (at 60,000 VND/kg). The price of live pigs in Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Phu Tho provinces is also at 60,000 VND/kg - the highest price in the Northern region.
In the Central region, the price of live pigs has also decreased by 1,000 VND/kg in some provinces and cities such as Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Ngai (at the price of 56,000 VND/kg), Dak Lak (at the price of 57,000 VND/kg). Lam Dong is the locality with the highest price of live pigs in the region at 62,000 VND/kg, followed by Khanh Hoa at 60,000 VND/kg.
In the Southern region, the price of live pigs in most provinces is at 63,000 VND/kg, in Ca Mau alone it is 64,000 VND/kg. Of which, 2 cases have pig prices down 1,000 VND/kg.
