Retail gasoline and oil prices today, May 18th, at the Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) system continue to be maintained according to the adjustment level from the May 14th operating period of the inter-Ministry of Industry and Trade - Finance:

According to the latest price list, RON 95-V unleaded gasoline is currently listed by Petrolimex at 24,970 VND/liter in region 1 and 25,460 VND/liter in region 2, continuing to be the most popular gasoline item with the highest price in the retail market.
Meanwhile, RON 95-III gasoline is currently sold at a price of 24,070 VND/liter in region 1 and 24,550 VND/liter in region 2.
Notably, E10 RON 95-V bio-gasoline continues to attract market attention after being officially deployed by Petrolimex throughout the system. This item is currently priced at 24,350 VND/liter in region 1 and 24,830 VND/liter in region 2.
For E10 RON 95-III bio-gasoline, the current selling price is at 23,450 VND/liter in region 1 and 23,910 VND/liter in region 2. E5 RON 92-II gasoline is listed at 23,130 VND/liter in region 1 and 23,590 VND/liter in region 2.
In the oil group, 0.001S-V diesel oil is currently sold at 28,480 VND/liter in region 1 and 29,040 VND/liter in region 2. 0.05S-II diesel oil is currently at 27,220 VND/liter in region 1 and 27,760 VND/liter in region 2.
2-K kerosene is currently sold by Petrolimex at a price of 27,710 VND/liter in region 1 and 28,260 VND/liter in region 2.
For the mazut group, mazut N02B (3.5S) is currently listed at 20,580 VND/kg in region 1 and 20,990 VND/kg in region 2. Mazut 180cst - 0.5S (RMG) is currently at 23,680 VND/kg in region 1 and 24,150 VND/kg in region 2.
According to Petrolimex, region 1 applies in areas near ports, wholesale warehouses and gasoline and oil production facilities, while region 2 is areas far from the supply center, so the selling price is higher due to additional transportation and distribution costs.
The domestic gasoline and oil price level is currently more stable after the downward adjustment on May 14. However, the diễn biến of world oil prices is still a factor that can strongly impact the next operating periods in the context that the global energy market is still volatile.
In addition, the expansion of E10 bio-gasoline business is expected to contribute to promoting clean fuel consumption and supporting Vietnam's long-term emission reduction goals.
