World oil prices today
World gasoline and oil prices have just experienced a strong increase session. At the end of yesterday's trading session (February 9), WTI and Brent oil prices increased by 1.27% and 1.62% respectively.
By this morning's session, both oil commodities turned down. At 12:28 PM (Vietnam time), WTI crude oil price was at 64.16 USD/barrel, down 0.20 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.31%. WTI oil closed the previous trading session at 64.36 USD/barrel; and opened today's session at 64.42 USD/barrel.
Brent oil was at 68.85 USD/barrel, down 0.18 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.26%. Brent oil closed the previous trading session at a price of 69.04 USD/barrel; and opened today's session at a price of 69.13 USD/barrel.
Domestic gasoline prices today
On February 10th, retail gasoline and oil prices according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in region 1 and region 2 are as follows:
The above domestic retail gasoline and oil prices are adjusted by the inter-Ministry of Industry and Trade - Finance from 3 pm on February 5, 2025.
Accordingly, E5RON92 gasoline increased by 100 VND/liter; RON95 gasoline increased by 35 VND/liter; diesel oil increased by 280 VND/liter; kerosene increased by 214 VND/liter; mazut oil increased by 517 VND/kg.

Domestic gasoline and oil price forecast for the next period
According to a representative of a petroleum business, domestic gasoline prices will fluctuate according to the world gasoline situation.
According to current market developments, it is predicted that in the next price adjustment period, retail gasoline and oil prices may be adjusted as follows:
- RON 95 - III gasoline increased by about 310 VND/liter;
- E5 RON 92 - II gasoline increased by about 300 VND/liter;
- Diesel oil decreased by about 60 VND/liter.
