World oil price today
At the end of a trading week, WTI crude oil was at 67.33 USD/barrel last weekend, down to 63.88 USD/barrel this weekend. Overall last week, WTI oil decreased by 3.45 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 5.12%.
Brent oil was at 69.67 USD/barrel last weekend, down to 65.59 USD/barrel this weekend. Overall last week, Brent oil decreased by 4.08 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 5.8% compared to last week.
Thus, world oil prices fell sharply last week, most trading sessions of the week decreased in price.
Domestic gasoline prices today
On August 10, retail gasoline prices according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in regions 1 and 2 are as follows:
The above domestic retail price of gasoline and oil was adjusted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance from 3:00 p.m. on August 7.
Accordingly, E5RON92 gasoline price increased by 207 VND/liter, RON95-III gasoline increased by 234 VND/liter, diesel decreased by 268 VND/liter, kerosene decreased by 54 VND/liter, mazut increased by 114 VND/kg.

Forecast of domestic gasoline prices in the coming period
According to a representative of a petroleum business, domestic petroleum prices will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to current market developments, it is forecasted that in the next price adjustment period, retail prices of gasoline may decrease simultaneously.
In particular, the price of RON 95 - III gasoline is forecast to decrease by about 400-550 VND/liter; E5 RON 92 - II gasoline decreases by about 400-500 VND/liter; Diesel oil decreases by about 650-800 VND/liter.
