World gasoline price today
At the end of a trading week, WTI crude oil at 61.99 USD/barrel last weekend, dropped to 61.50 USD/barrel this weekend. For the past week, WTI crude oil dropped by 0.49 USD/barrel, equivalent to 0.8% compared to the previous week.
Brent oil at 65.58 USD/barrel last weekend, dropped to 64.76 USD/barrel this weekend. Over the past week, Brent oil dropped by 0.82 USD/barrel, equivalent to 1.2% compared to the previous week.
Thus, the world oil price has closed the trading week with a slight decrease. Although there were several deeply decreased in the week, the world oil price recovered strongly in the last session of the week.
Domestic gasoline price today
On April 13, the retail gasoline price according to the published price list of Petrolimex in Region 1 and Region 2 (46 provinces are applying) as follows:
The retail price of domestic petrol and oil has been adjusted by the Ministry of Finance and Industry and Trade at the afternoon operating period 10.4.2025. Accordingly, petrol price simultaneously decreased sharply.
RON 95-III gasoline price decreased by VND 1,712/liter, E5 RON 92 gasoline decreased by VND 1,491/liter. Among the most reduced oil and kerosene items, VND 1,322/liter, followed by diesel oil decreased by VND 1,235/liter and mazut oil decreased by VND 1,124/kg.

Hoang Trong General Trading Co., Ltd: Diesel oil 0.05S - II: 1,450 VND/liter, applied at Hai Linh warehouse, Hai Phong; RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,450 VND/liter, applied at Hai Linh warehouse, Hai Phong K99 warehouse; Diesel oil 0.05S - II: 1,300 VND/liter, applied in Bac Ninh warehouse; RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,300 VND/liter, applied in Bac Ninh warehouse; E5 gasoline: 1,250 VND/liter at Vu Vu, Petec.
Self-reliance petroleum: Diesel discount 0.05S-II: 1,450 VND/liter; Diesel oil 0.001S-V: 1,200; RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,300; E5 gasoline: 1,000 VND/liter.
Mipec petroleum: RON 95 - III gasoline discount: VND 1,400/liter; E5 gasoline: VND 1,200/liter; Diesel oil 0.05S-II: 1,550 VND/liter. Applicable to the Northern region.
Forecast of domestic gasoline price
According to a representative of a petrol and oil business, the domestic petroleum price will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to the current development, forecasting in the next period of operating the price, the retail price of petrol and oil may continue to decrease.
In particular, RON 95 gasoline price may decrease by about 600-800 VND/liter; E5 gasoline may decrease by about 650-800 VND/liter; Diesel oil decrease by about 400-600 VND/liter.
