World oil price today
World oil prices today decreased simultaneously. At 10:31, WTI crude oil was at 63.08 USD/barrel, down 0.09 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.14%. WTI oil closed the previous trading session at 63.17 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 63.01 USD/barrel.
Brent oil was at 66.06 USD/barrel, down 0.04 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.06%. Brent oil closed the previous trading session at 66.10 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 66.08 USD/barrel.
Thus, world oil prices today continued to decline, continuing the strong decline from the previous session. At the end of yesterday's trading session (8.12), WTI and Brent oil prices decreased by 1.24% and 0.83%, respectively.
Domestic gasoline prices today
On August 13, retail gasoline prices according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in regions 1 and 2 are as follows:
The above domestic retail price of gasoline and oil was adjusted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance from 3:00 p.m. on August 7.
Accordingly, E5RON92 gasoline price increased by 207 VND/liter, RON95-III gasoline increased by 234 VND/liter, diesel decreased by 268 VND/liter, kerosene decreased by 54 VND/liter, mazut increased by 114 VND/kg.

Forecast of domestic gasoline prices in the coming period
According to a representative of a petroleum business, domestic petroleum prices will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to current market developments, it is forecasted that in the next price adjustment period, retail prices of gasoline may decrease simultaneously.
In particular, the price of RON 95 - III gasoline is forecast to decrease by about 150 VND/liter; E5 RON 92 - II gasoline decreases by about 200 VND/liter; Diesel oil decreases by about 660 VND/liter.
