World oil prices today

At the end of a trading week, WTI crude oil was at 62.89 USD/barrel last weekend, increasing to 66.39 USD/barrel this weekend. Overall last week, WTI oil increased by 3.5 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 5.6% compared to the previous week.

Brent oil was at 67.75 USD/barrel last weekend, up to 71.76 USD/barrel this weekend. Overall last week, Brent oil increased by 4.01 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 5.9% compared to the previous week.

Domestic gasoline prices today

On February 22, retail gasoline and oil prices according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in region 1 and region 2 are as follows:

The retail price of gasoline and oil in the country mentioned above will be adjusted by the inter-Ministry of Industry and Trade - Finance from 3 pm on February 20, 2025.

Accordingly, E5RON92 gasoline decreased by 200 VND/liter; RON95 gasoline decreased by 146 VND/liter; diesel oil increased by 62 VND/liter; kerosene increased by 103 VND/liter; mazut oil increased by 293 VND/kg.

According to current market developments, it is predicted that in the next price adjustment period, retail gasoline and oil prices may increase sharply.

- RON 95 - III gasoline increased by about 810 VND/liter;

- E5 RON 92 - II gasoline increased by about 730 VND/liter;

- Diesel oil increased by about 770 VND/liter.
