World oil price today

Brent oil was at 67.73 USD/barrel last weekend, down slightly to 67.48 USD/barrel this weekend. Overall last week, Brent oil decreased by 0.25 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.37% compared to last week.
According to analysts, the market is paying attention to the OPEC+ meeting next week. This group has stepped up production to regain market share, raising concerns about supply glories and causing oil prices to fall.
In the US, summer is the period of highest fuel consumption, expected to end, signaling that the demand for gasoline consumption in this country will cool down.
Domestic gasoline prices today
On August 31, retail gasoline prices according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in regions 1 and 2 are as follows:
The above domestic retail price of gasoline and oil was adjusted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance from 3:00 p.m. on August 28.
Accordingly, gasoline prices have increased simultaneously. E5RON92 gasoline price increased by 307 VND/liter, RON95-III gasoline increased by 271 VND/liter, Diesel increased by 452 VND/liter, Meria increased by 411 VND/liter, Mazut oil increased by 144 VND/kg.
This management period, the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance did not set aside or use the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund for the above-mentioned petroleum products.

Forecast of domestic gasoline prices in the coming period
According to a representative of a petroleum business, domestic petroleum prices will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to current market developments, it is forecasted that in the next price adjustment period, retail prices of gasoline may decrease.
Of which, the price of RON 95 - III gasoline is forecast to decrease by about 190 VND/liter; E5 RON 92 - II gasoline decreases by about 120 VND/liter; Diesel oil decreases by about 110 VND/liter.
