The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued an official dispatch on the implementation of the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the expansion of Thanh Van industrial cluster.
Accordingly, implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on expanding Thanh Van Bac Ninh industrial cluster;
Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Pham Van Thinh assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to implement the directives of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in the above Official Dispatch; based on the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and current legal regulations to advise the Provincial People's Committee to expand Thanh Van industrial cluster according to regulations.
According to the reporter's investigation, Thanh Van industrial cluster has an area of 50 hectares, located in Tam Hop village, Thanh Phac village and Dong Diem village in Thanh Van commune, Hiep Hoa district, Bac Giang province (old) now Hoang Van commune, Bac Ninh province.
The investor in the construction and business of industrial cluster infrastructure is Long Dung Company Limited.
This industrial cluster attracts investment in industries such as: Mechanical engineering industry, electrical equipment, electronics manufacturing and assembly, high-tech products, garments, construction machinery and equipment, medical equipment and supporting industries.
Thereby, creating conditions to attract investors, especially investors in the production of electronic components for the assembly of Samsung Group's products.
Bac Ninh province after the merger has about 100 industrial clusters. Of which, 30 industrial clusters were previously assigned to the District People's Committee, Commune People's Committee, District Industrial Park Management Board (old) as investors, more than 60 industrial clusters have been established by enterprises as investors.
