Proposal to remove difficulties for a series of projects with a scale of more than 1,390 ha
At the working session, representatives of T&T Group reported on the progress of projects being researched and invested in Bac Ninh, including: Project to build Ngoi Con Ten New Urban Area and regional-level medical and sports complex (Sub-zone 1 with a scale of 355 ha and Sub-zone 2 with a scale of 712 ha) in 2 communes Tan Chi and Chi Lang; Ninh Son - Trung Son - Tien Son Cultural Service and Commercial Service Urban Area Project, in Van Ha ward (scale of 133.5 ha); Ninh Son Service Urban Area, Van Ha ward (scale of 42 ha); Tu Lan - Bich Son - Trung Son Industrial Park (scale of 150 ha phase 1). The total proposed area is up to more than 1,390 ha.
According to representatives of T&T Group, the above-mentioned projects are basically in line with the local development planning orientation; and are also in the stage of implementing legal procedures for investment. However, in this process, there are still some obstacles and difficulties related to land use target allocation, updating planning, land acquisition lists, urban development programs, housing development programs as well as procedures for investment policy approval and investor selection.
Therefore, T&T Group proposed that the province and departments and branches continue to pay attention, support, and guide to remove difficulties, accelerate the progress of completing legal procedures, and create conditions for projects to be implemented soon according to plan.
At the working session, leaders of Bac Ninh province and departments and branches directly answered the recommendations of businesses, and clarified the contents related to planning, land, investment and administrative procedures.
For projects still facing procedural obstacles, Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Pham Hoang Son assigned functional agencies to closely coordinate with T&T Group, accelerate appraisal, complete dossiers, and advise to include eligible projects in the list for implementation in accordance with regulations; and at the same time request to minimize the processing time of administrative procedures, creating favorable conditions for projects to be implemented soon.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee added that the difficulties related to planning, urban development programs, housing development programs and orientations for urban space development have basically been removed by the province. On that basis, the province requests T&T Group to continue to closely coordinate, focus highly on organizational implementation; proactively remove difficulties and obstacles arising, and be determined to put projects into implementation.
Expecting T&T to build iconic works in Bac Ninh
Speaking at the working session, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Thai expressed agreement with the contents that have been discussed and agreed upon; and emphasized that Bac Ninh is entering a new stage of development with many important strategic tasks and a strong aspiration to rise up. To realize the above goals, in addition to the province's determination, the companionship of large investors with capacity and strategic vision is very necessary, typically T&T Group.
Sharing the difficulties of businesses in the project implementation process, the Provincial Party Secretary affirmed that the locality always determines to accompany businesses, proactively remove difficulties and obstacles to create favorable conditions for investors to implement projects in accordance with regulations.
The Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee also expressed his wish that T&T Group would continue to pay attention to researching and implementing large-scale projects and symbolic works in Bac Ninh, commensurate with the position of a leading economic group in Vietnam and of international stature.
Speaking at the working session, Founder and Chairman of T&T Group Do Quang Hien respectfully thanked the provincial leaders for their concern, direction and support for the Group's projects in the area. He affirmed that T&T Group will promote its capacity, experience and resources to implement projects to ensure progress, quality, safety and efficiency; and committed to implementing projects with a sense of responsibility, enthusiasm and aspiration to contribute, worthy of the development of Bac Ninh province in the process of rising to become a centrally-run city in the coming time.
