The Chairman of Cua Nam Ward People's Committee (Hanoi City) has just issued a decision to sanction administrative violations in the field of food safety for the Business Location of An Do Trading Co., Ltd. - San Ho Restaurant, address No. 58 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi City.
According to the penalty decision, the business location of An Do Trading Co., Ltd. - San Ho Restaurant has committed an administrative violation of not complying with the provisions of law on storing food samples. For the above violation, the business establishment was fined the amount of 8,000,000 VND.
The decision also clearly states that the business location of An Do Trading Co., Ltd. - San Ho Restaurant must strictly comply with the penalty according to regulations.
In case the deadline is exceeded and the establishment does not voluntarily comply, it will be enforced according to the provisions of law; at the same time, for each delayed day of fine payment, violating individuals and organizations must pay an additional 0.05% calculated on the total amount of fine not yet paid.
On January 12, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Cua Nam ward (Hanoi city) also issued a Decision to sanction administrative violations of food safety against the Business Household Banh Trang Be My, headquarters at No. 33 Quang Trung street, Cua Nam ward, Hanoi city.
According to the decision, Banh trang Be My Business Household has Business Household Registration Certificate No. 01C8043979, first registration on April 2, 2025; issuing place: Finance - Planning Department, Hoan Kiem District People's Committee (old). The legal representative of the business household is Mr. Le Minh Ha Thanh.
This business household was fined for committing an administrative violation of trading in food services without a Certificate of eligibility for food safety. The violation is regulated in Clause 1, Article 18 of Decree 115/2018/ND-CP.
For the above violations, Be My Rice Cake Business Household was fined the amount of 25,000 VND.
Previously, on December 4, the Chairman of Cua Nam Ward People's Committee also issued a Decision to sanction administrative violations of food safety for the business location - Giang My Investment Co., Ltd., address at 1st floor, 2nd floor No. 38 Ba Trieu, Hang Bai ward, Hoan Kiem district (old), now belonging to Cua Nam ward, Hanoi city.
According to the decision, Giang My Investment Co., Ltd. has Enterprise Registration Certificate of a two-member limited liability company or more No. 0109200409, first registration on May 29, 2020; second change registration on September 29, 2022; place of issuance: Business Registration Department, Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment. The legal representative of the company is Mr. Ta Quang Manh - Director.
Functional agencies determine business location - Giang My Investment Co., Ltd. has committed administrative violations, including:
Behavior 1: Wastewater drainage ditch in the kitchen area is stagnant.
Act 2: Using people to directly process food without wearing a mask when in contact with ripe food. For the above violations, the total fine for the Business Location - Giang My Investment Co., Ltd. is 16,000,000 VND.
The decision also clearly states that the business location - Giang My Investment Co., Ltd. must strictly comply with this penalty decision. In case the time limit is exceeded and the unit does not voluntarily comply, it will be enforced according to the provisions of law; at the same time, every day of late payment of fines, violating individuals and organizations must pay an additional 0.05% calculated on the total amount of fines not yet paid.
