According to the Hai Duong Provincial Tax Department, the total domestic budget revenue of Hai Duong province from the beginning of the year to October 31 reached more than VND20,140 billion. This revenue exceeded the estimate for the whole year of 2024 by 19% and increased by 50% compared to the same period in 2023.
In which, total revenue minus land use fees and lottery, distributed dividends also reached nearly 12,990 billion VND, exceeding the annual estimate by 6%.Thus, this year is the first time Hai Duong has exceeded the annual tax, fee and charge revenue estimate in October.
13/16 main revenue items of the domestic budget exceeded the annual estimate and increased compared to the same period last year.Notably, the non-state economic sector collected 3,146 billion VND, exceeding 17% and increasing by 36%.
Personal income tax reached 1,246 billion VND, exceeding 22% and increasing by 30%.Other budget revenue was over 669 billion VND, exceeding 91% and increasing by 28%.Environmental protection tax revenue reached over 659 billion VND, exceeding 1% and increasing by 27%.Registration fee revenue was 562 billion VND, exceeding 15% and increasing by 26%.
The central state-owned enterprise sector collected more than VND504 billion, exceeding 20% and increasing by 38%.Land rent collected nearly VND488 billion, exceeding 57% and increasing by 41%.
Fees and charges collected nearly VND156 billion, exceeding 5% and increasing by 13%.Mineral exploitation rights collection exceeded 55% and increased by 75%.Non-agricultural land use tax exceeded 25% and increased by 10%.
