Immediately afterwards, the Hai Duong Provincial Women's Union also held the 17th Executive Committee Conference to elect the position of President of the Hai Duong Provincial Women's Union for the 2021-2026 term.
At the conference, the Executive Committee members of the Hai Duong Provincial Women's Union elected Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hien to hold the position of President of the association for the 2021-2026 term with a 100% approval rate.

At the same time, on November 1, Ms. Bui Thuy Hanh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department was received by the Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee to work at the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, appointed to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs from November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2029.
