The 2026 Beer Festival (Kien An Beer Fest) is held from July 16th to the end of July 26th. Daily operating hours are from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (excluding the live broadcast hours of the 2026 World Cup matches according to the special schedule).
The venue is Phan Dang Luu street (section opposite Hai Phong University) and the Hanh Phuc Lake Flower Garden space area. The opening ceremony will take place at 3:00 PM on July 16.

According to information from Kien An Ward People's Committee, the organization of the 2026 Beer Festival (Kien An Beer Fest) aims to pilot and improve the nighttime economic model in the Hanh Phuc Lake area, creating new momentum for the local socio-economy; promoting trade, cuisine and supporting business households and businesses to promote products.
At the same time, effectively implement the Project "Hai Phong - Music City", positioning Kien An as a cultural and artistic performance space of the city; exploit public spaces, build the brand identity "Kien An - Happy destination" for people and tourists.
The festival promises to be a healthy art playground, connecting art clubs and bringing a healthy "stress relief" space for people and students in the area.
