Forming a high-end resort tourism complex in a special island commune in Gia Lai

Gia Lai - The tourist attraction project in Nhon Chau island commune will form resorts, marine parks, etc., creating a new highlight for marine and island tourism.

On September 8, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province decided to adjust the investment policy of the Tourist Destination project in Nhon Chau commune. The project has a total investment of more than 270 billion VND, the project implementation progress is 42 months from the date of the decision to recognize the auction results or approve the investor.

The project is implemented at 3 locations including: Score No. 3 (Gieu Tien - Ban Co Tien tourist destination), Score No. 7 ( Bai Nam tourist destination) and Score No. 10 (Coast Park tourism destination).

At Point 3, a sightseeing and culinary refreshment service area will be formed, including restaurants, views, glass bridges, walking paths and many items to exploit natural landscapes.

Score 7 is planned to be a high-end resort resort, with villas, bungalows, restaurants, health spa combined with beaches. The score of 10 will form a marine park serving tourists.

The Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee requires investors to put tourism service works into use within a maximum period of 36 months from the date of construction permit. If the progress is violated, the project will be considered for revocation, and the finances will be handled and the State budget will be added according to regulations.

Nhon Chau commune, also known as Cu Lao Xanh, is the only island commune of Gia Lai province, located about 20km from the mainland. When completed, the project will create a resort that exploits the natural landscape potential of the island commune, contributing to the management and development of sustainable tourism planning.
