According to initial information, on the morning of September 7, Ksor Th. (5 years old, residing in Ia Chia commune, Gia Lai) and A T. (4 years old, residing in Quang Ngai province) and Tran Minh Q. (11 years old, residing in An Phu ward, Gia Lai) were playing in the area of Thien An Orphanage (An Phu ward) when a herd of was attacked by a group of reptiles.
Due to multiple burns all over her body, Ksor Th. fell into a level IV anaphylactic shock, stopped breathing and died. student A. T. suffered 21 stitches, Grade III anaphylactic shock, and had to undergo continuous blood filtration, with a poor prognosis. Tran Minh Q. suffered 7 stings, grade I anaphylaxis, and is currently in good health.
