The ICYREB 2026 conference will take place on August 7 in Hanoi, focusing on digital transformation, green finance, FinTech, climate risks and sustainable development.

On August 7, 2026, Banking Academy of Vietnam (BAV) will organize the International Conference for Young Scientists in the field of Economics and Business (ICYREB 2026) at 12 Chua Boc, Kim Lien ward, Hanoi.

This year's conference is themed "Enhancing Economic Resilience Amidst Global Uncertainties: From Digital Transformation to Sustainability".

According to BAV, ICYREB 2026 is a forum for young researchers, graduate students and scholars in the fields of economics, finance and business to announce research results, exchange academics and expand domestic and international cooperation.

The conference content focused on a number of issues of concern such as digital transformation, green finance, sustainable governance, financial stability, financial technology (FinTech), climate risks and digital human resource development.

The research and discussions at the conference aim to identify new challenges to the economy in the context of global volatility, and at the same time propose solutions to improve resilience and promote sustainable growth in the digital transformation process.

A new point emphasized by BAV at ICYREB 2026 is the orientation of organizing seminars associated with sustainable development, which aims to apply a carbon offset mechanism.

According to the organizing unit, this activity is part of the orientation to reduce the environmental impact of academic events, while linking training and research activities with sustainable development goals and criteria used in some international university rankings such as THE Impact Rankings and QS.
