Implementing the direction of the Prime Minister in Official Dispatch No. 172/CD-TTg dated September 25, 2025 on organizing the Autumn Fair and Decision No. 2172/QD-TTg dated October 3, 2025 on the establishment of the Steering Committee for the Autumn Fair 2025, chaired by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, in coordination with ministries, branches and localities, will take place from October 25 to November 4, 2025 at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC), Hanoi City.

Speaking at the meeting to announce information about the 2025 Autumn Fair on October 14, Deputy Minister Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan said that the 2025 Autumn Fair carries the message "Connecting People with Production - Business", contributing to promoting the internal strength of production - business, arousing the spirit of innovation, connecting the business community and supply chains. In particular, the Fair promotes the development of the domestic market, stimulates consumption, strengthens the connection between supply and demand, thereby contributing to the implementation of the economic growth target in 2025 of over 8% and over 10% in the following years.
According to Deputy Minister Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan, the 2025 Autumn Fair is the largest ever with an exhibition scale of more than 130,000 m2, about 3,000 booths. The fair is expected to welcome up to 500,000 visitors per day, reflecting the special attraction and influence of the event.
With the close direction of the Government, the Prime Minister and the close coordination of ministries, departments, branches and the support of the business community, the 2025 Autumn Fair has many records, considered the 6th Super Fair - Deputy Minister Tan emphasized.
First, the largest scale. The fair takes place on an area of over 130,000 m2, with 3,000 standard booths, the fair brings together nearly 2,500 businesses from all regions across the country. Including 13 state-owned corporations and groups, along with hundreds of large private enterprises, cooperatives and creative startups, demonstrating the solidarity of the entire national economic system.
Second, the most modern space. The Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC) - a project of the Top 1 in Southeast Asia and Top 10 in the world - has become a new symbol of the Vietnamese exhibition industry.
Third, the most abundant product. Tens of thousands of products in the fields of industry, agriculture, trade, services, logistics, tourism and digital technology will be introduced.
Fourth, the highest quality. All products on display meet technical standards, export certificates, or are part of the program "Vietnam National Brand", "High-quality Vietnamese goods".
Fifth, the most attractive activity. More than 30 thematic events were held in parallel, including B2B, B2C connection conferences, trade promotion forums, innovation seminars, business talkshows, along with a series of unique cultural - artistic activities, cinema, fashion shows, sports, game competitions, and cuisine. The highlight is the music night "Dau an Thanh xuan" celebrating the 30th year of singing by singer Dan Truong, promising to bring a bustling and colorful festive atmosphere of Hanoi's autumn (details of activities in Appendix 1 attached).
Sixth, best deal. The fair offers many attractive promotional programs up to 100%, millions of discount vouchers and the "Golden Season Deal" activity connecting businesses and consumers directly. The fair is not only a vibrant place for trade, but also a major shopping festival in the country, contributing to stimulating domestic consumption and spreading the spirit of "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods".
As of October 13, 2025, the preparation work has been completed over 90%. In which, the design of the exhibition areas is completed. Complete the event identification set and overall communication plan. About 3,000 booths of over 2,500 registered enterprises filled all the industrial - agricultural - service areas of the Exhibition House. The organizing, monitoring, security and logistics units have entered a stable operation, ready for the opening ceremony.
At the same time, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and key media agencies have been actively implementing communication plans and projects, promoting promotion, information, propaganda, strongly spreading the meaning, scale and value of the Fair to domestic and international businesses and people...
