This has turned the award-winning credit card into a financial tool that is fully personalized according to each person's unique spending habits.
Flexible Funding feature
On November 1, Home Credit officially launched the "Flexible cost-of- living" feature for credit cards, a mechanism to help customers maximize benefits suitable for their own lifestyle. This feature allows cardholders to proactively choose the desired refund package for many different types of spending, instead of being limited by a fixed policy.
Cardholders can choose one of five specially designed refund options right on the Home Credit application. Each option brings an attractive 10% refund for the selected spending portfolios, with a total refund value of up to 300,000 VND per month.

Gia Dinh Package (prioritizing essential spending such as supermarkets, electronics and payment of living expenses); Tan Huong Package(for food, spa, accommodation and long trips); Song So Package (focusing on e-commerce, food delivery, booking technology vehicles); Thiet Yue Package (providing food, convenience stores, e-commerce) and Standard Package for those who have the habit of spending balancing between supermarkets, eating and shopping online.
The main breakthrough is the ability to proactively adjust monthly refund options. For example, if this month is a priority for shopping, users can choose the Song So or Thiet Yue package to receive a 10% refund, but in the following month, when they have a travel plan, they can completely switch to the Tan Huong package to collect a 10% refund for accommodation and food expenses. This proactive monthly adjustment helps customers never miss the opportunity to receive a total refund value of up to 300,000 VND per month.
In this way, Home Credit converts a credit card from a passive payment tool to a smart financial assistant, helping users optimize the benefits of each transaction.

The foundation of innovation
The Flexible Payment feature on Home Credit credit cards is built on a deep understanding of customers in the context of the spending habit in the digital age no longer following a fixed pattern.
When conducting in-depth research, the company found that customer spending budgets are increasingly dynamic, often shifting between different portfolios over time. Therefore, the Hoan Tien Linh feature was born to meet the need for a financial solution that can be quickly adapted and highly personalized.
Not only that, game shows like "Hot the box every day - 5 billion gifts hunting" also bring unexpected joy, turning each card-sweeping transaction into an interesting journey.
Accordingly, from October 1, 2025 to February 15, 2026, credit card and postpaid account holders of Home PayLater [TH1] will have the opportunity to receive a refund of up to 100 million VND just by making a transaction and receiving a "box-trip" fee. The total value of all prizes of the program is up to more than 5 billion VND.
In addition, Home Credit also provides users with a comprehensive management toolkit on the application, allowing them to track and control spending, proactively set limits, limit the number of transactions, or immediately lock their cards when there are any suspicious signs.
The above efforts to innovate and focus on customer benefits have helped the company be honored with two prestigious awards at the Vietnam Visa Customer Conference 2025, including "Leading Financial Company in Total Card Transaction Sales 2025" and "Financial Company with outstanding growth rate in card transaction sales 2025".
