On July 31, according to the Market Management Department (QLTT) of Ninh Binh province, Market Management Team No. 9 has just strengthened local management, proactively collected information, grasped the operating situation of food production and business establishments; and at the same time closely coordinated with the police force of communes and wards to organize inspections and strictly handle violations according to the provisions of law.
After more than 2 weeks of simultaneous launching, Market Management Team No. 9 inspected and handled 12 business establishments with illegal acts, the total amount of administrative fines was 31.5 million VND. At the same time, more than 1,000 violating goods were confiscated, with a total value of more than 24 million VND.
Accordingly, the main violations discovered include: trading in smuggled goods, not registering to establish business households in cases that are subject to registration according to the provisions of law.
In the coming time, Market Management Team No. 9 will continue to coordinate with functional forces to strengthen market inspection and supervision, focusing on high-risk food groups, resolutely detecting and strictly handling violations, contributing to ensuring food safety and market stability in Ninh Binh province.
