In particular, many provinces have completed 100%, to ensure that all people receive gifts before the holiday
According to the report, 1,929/3,321 communes have implemented the expenditure, reaching 58.08%. The main form of payment is cash with more than VND 5,677.5 billion (99.83%), the rest is spent through bank transfer of about VND 9.6 billion (0.17%).
In Hanoi,7/126 communes have paid, reaching 76.98%, with an amount of more than 576.6 billion VND (67.98% of the estimate). Hai Phong has spent nearly 287.0 billion VND, reaching 64.84%; Can Tho more than 221.5 billion VND, reaching 54.08%. Ho Chi Minh City estimated nearly VND989.3 billion, but there has been no detailed report on the disbursement amount.
Some localities have completed or exceeded the estimate. Da Nang spent more than VND 293.2 billion, equal to 100.31% of the estimate; Bac Ninh reached nearly VND 354 billion, equivalent to 102.2%; Nghe An spent more than VND 425.3 billion, reaching 112.80% of the estimate for 127/130 communes. Other provinces have also completed the payment or are close to 100%, including Lai Chau (100.23%), Hung Yen (99.96%), Quang Tri (99.68%) and Thanh Hoa (101.48%).
As of early afternoon on August 31, some localities continued to speed up payment progress. Cao Bang has disbursed about 5.5 billion VND, reaching 9.63% of the estimate for 5/56 communes. An Giang has over VND62.3 billion, reaching 12.69% of 14/102 communes. Quang Ngai is about 27.5 billion VND, reaching 12.99%.
Some other provinces such as Gia Lai (nearly 91.4 billion VND; 25.73%), Dong Nai (111.2 billion VND; 26.14%), Lam Dong (99.6 billion VND; 26.54%), Vinh Long (107.0 billion VND; 25.43%) are also urgently implementing the payment of National Day gifts to the people.
Many provinces with high progress such as Ha Tinh (158.5 billion VND; 98.62%), Phu Tho (372.9 billion VND; 94.54%), Khanh Hoa (165.8 billion VND; 74.71%) and Ca Mau (209.7 billion VND; 80.37%).
The State Treasury said that localities and units, including the State Treasury, are making efforts, focusing resources, urgently completing assigned tasks, ensuring giving gifts to people on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2, so that the entire people can have a joyful, complete, joyful and proud National Day that is firmly entering a new stage of development.
