Subjects given gifts: Citizens with permanent residence in the city; Citizens without permanent residence, temporarily residing in the city; Citizens with only current residence in the city (not registered for permanent residence, temporary residence in which); Children born but not registered for permanent residence in the city; People of Vietnamese origin who have not determined their nationality and are residing in the city.
How to receive gifts is as follows:
Use the VNeID application to register and link to a bank account that has been linked to a social security account.
To ensure that gift giving is done quickly and conveniently, and to encourage people to register to receive gifts through the VNeID application due to the simple and convenient implementation method, gift giving is done through the form of transfer to the citizen account registered on VNeID, so people do not waste time coming to receive directly.
Receive directly at the People's Committee at the commune level (according to the location announced by the People's Committee at the commune level). The recommendation applies to cases that cannot register to receive gifts through the VNeID application.
