The Department of Science and Technology of Hung Yen province focuses on training and coaching professional expertise on intellectual property; protecting, managing and developing intellectual property for local products; implementing activities to protect intellectual property rights, preventing violations of intellectual property rights; encouraging and supporting the construction of organizations and technology enterprises of the province operating in the field of intellectual property; organizing exhibitions, exhibitions, supporting the construction of a system of codes and lines to help manage, supervise, trace the origin, enhance the reputation and value of products...
To date, Hung Yen province has 53 entities with 85 products supported for identification and connection to consumption, including: 23 agricultural products, specialties, key products, 59 OCOP products and 3 craft village products supported for design, use of packaging, labels, codes, lines, traceability systems; connecting with the retail community.
At the same time, entities are supported to register product trademark ownership rights, register goods trademarks; support the design and construction of websites to promote products and sell goods online.
Implementing policies on building brands and labels for goods and improving production efficiency, in recent years, the Department of Science and Technology of Hung Yen province has coordinated with many localities in the province to build and develop brands and labels for many agricultural products, contributing to improving competitiveness and the value of agricultural products in the market, creating momentum for sustainable development of agricultural and commodity production.
