Mr. Dang Van Dien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Hung Yen Provincial Federation of Labor chaired the conference.

In the first quarter of 2025, according to the Work Program of the Provincial Federation of Labor Executive Committee; trade unions at all levels focus on leading, directing, and organizing activities to care for the lives of union members and employees on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025; completing the contents of the work program set out in the first quarter of 2025.
Speaking at the direction of assigning tasks to the second quarter to trade unions at all levels, Mr. Dang Van Dien praised and acknowledged the results achieved in the past time and requested trade unions at all levels to implement a number of key tasks in the coming time.
Accordingly, continue to propagate and implement the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus of the political system of Hung Yen province in the spirit of Resolution 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and streamline the apparatus of the political system to operate effectively and efficiently" and Plan No. 373-KH/TU dated December 12, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee.
Arrange and streamline the apparatus of the Provincial Federation of Labor, merge the Propaganda - Women's Union and the Department of Legal Policy and Labor Relations into the Department of Professional Affairs; Organize and implement activities for Workers' Month and respond to the Labor Safety and Hygiene Action Month in 2025; prepare conditions for organizing seminars and dialogues between provincial leaders and workers.
