According to the Ministry of Finance, in order to carry out the tasks assigned by the Prime Minister in Decision 571/QD-TTg dated March 12, 2025 on the arrangement and reorganization of administrative units at all levels, business registration in cases of changes in administrative boundaries will be carried out in the direction of creating maximum convenience for businesses, business households and economic organizations.
Accordingly, enterprises, business households, cooperatives, cooperative unions, and cooperative groups continue to use the issued Business Registration Certificate, Business Registration Certificate, Cooperative Registration Certificate, Branch Registration Certificate, Representative Office, and Business Location.
Business registration agencies at all levels are not required to request business entities to carry out procedures to change registration address information just for the reason of changing administrative boundaries.
In case a business household or economic organization needs to update a new address according to the changed administrative boundary, this information will be updated on the business registration documents when implemented at the same time as other changes in the business registration content.
The Ministry of Finance requests localities to direct business registration agencies at all levels to study, implement, unify and disseminate this regulation to enterprises, business households, cooperatives, cooperative unions, and cooperative groups in the area.
