Synchronously deploy the national two -level treasury model
Implementing the policy of the Party, the State and the Government, under the direction of the Ministry of Finance, since March 2025, the State Treasury (State Treasury) has strongly implemented the organizational structure and operation of the two -level State Treasury model nationwide. This is a big shift in the system reform process of the system, aiming to build a streamlined, professional, effective and effective apparatus.
According to the new model, the system is organized into 20 regional state treasures and no more than 350 transaction offices. The reorganization of the system is implemented synchronously with the arrangement of human resources in the direction of elite and intensive. Along with that, the State Treasury urgently reviews and updates the professional process, administrative reform and online public services to ensure the transformation process does not affect professional activities, serving people and businesses.
Nearly 1,000 civil servants retired according to aspirations
Based on the implementation of Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP and Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP of the Government on policies and regimes with cadres, civil servants, officials and employees in the process of organizing the organizational structure of the political system, the State Treasury has issued Official Letter No. 766/KBNN-TCCB dated 17.2.2025 on the implementation of retirement policies before age and leave according to the age of retirement policy.
The whole system has quickly developed plans and processes for policy settlement, dossier evaluation and funding arrangement. Only in March and 4.2025, the Director of the State Treasury signed a decision to settle the retirement regime before the age for nearly 1,000 civil servants and workers who wish to leave from 1.3 and 1.4.2025.
At the units, the implementation of policies is implemented urgently, seriously and humane. At the Central State Treasury agency, the decision award ceremony for 21 civil servants and workers retired before the age. The State Treasury of Region I handed the decision to 17 people and the State Treasury of the XV region gave 14 people.

The process of restructuring and streamlining the apparatus is an emotional transfer time for civil servants and workers who have had many years of attachment to the industry. At the State Treasury Office, Ms. Tran Kim Anh - the main specialist of the International Cooperation Department (now merged to the State Treasury Office) - is one of the long -time officials who leave under Decree 178. With more than 34 years of working in the State payroll, over 30 years of sticking to the Treasury industry, she expressed: "I am always proud of having more than 30 years of contributing my small effort and witnessing the development of the system of the system."
Ms. Kim Anh also said that retiring now is an opportunity to transfer to the younger generation - those who still have many potentials and aspirations to innovate - contribute to creating a dynamic and modern State Treasury system in the new era.
At the State Treasury of Region I, Ms. Le Thi Lan Anh - Deputy Head of Professional Department 3 - could not hide her emotions on the day of receiving the decision. She would like to thank the Board of Directors and the civil servant's civil servants for always trusting and supporting her to have a complete work journey. After the regime, I still want to continue contributing to my family and localities, contributing to building an increasingly rich and beautiful homeland," she shared.
