On April 24, Dak Lak province organized the groundbreaking ceremony of the Phu Xuan Industrial Park infrastructure construction and business investment project in Cuor Dang commune, Dak Lak province, with a scale of more than 313ha and a total investment capital of about 2,477 billion VND.
The project is expected to create motivation to attract investment, promote industrial growth, contribute to economic restructuring and create jobs for local workers.

According to the plan, the project has an area of 313.03ha, implemented in 3 phases. In which, phase 1 has a total investment of about 802 billion VND.
The investor aims to build Phu Xuan Industrial Park into a new development space, a quality investment destination, contributing to the formation of a competitive industrial ecosystem for Dak Lak and the Central Highlands region.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Dao My - Vice Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee - said that according to the Provincial Plan for the period 2021-2030, vision to 2050, Dak Lak is oriented to become the center of the Central Highlands sub-region. In which, industrial park infrastructure development is one of the key tasks.
The Phu Xuan Industrial Park project has been approved for investment policy by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1708/QD-TTg. According to the plan, the project will be completed within no more than 36 months from the date of land handover.
According to Mr. Dao My, relevant units have made efforts to complete the necessary procedures to organize the commencement of the project. At the same time, he requested the investor to focus resources, ensure progress and quality of the project, and put the project into operation soon.
Dak Lak province is committed to accompanying and supporting investors throughout the implementation process. We expect Phu Xuan Industrial Park to soon go into operation, attract many businesses, contribute to economic growth and create more jobs for local people," Mr. Dao My emphasized.
