At the Workshop "Digital transformation: practical application and breakthrough solutions" within the framework of the Vietnam - Asia Digital Transformation Summit 2025 (Vietnam - Asia DX Summit 2025), Ms. Trinh Thi Lan, Director of Digital Transformation Consulting Services, Viettel Solutions, said that dual transformation is a combination of digital transformation and green transformation. If the enterprise conducts dual conversion, it is likely to grow by 2.5 times compared to the enterprise that only conducts one of the two.
According to Mr. Nguyen Van Khuong - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Global Technology Development and Connectivity Investment Group ( GlobalTech) said that more and more Vietnamese enterprises are participating in digital transformation and have achieved remarkable achievements.
However, there are still many businesses that do not know where to start implementing digital transformation, especially those with limited financial potential and human resources.
To successfully transform digitally, clearly identifying the trends and great benefits of digital transformation for the sustainable development of businesses, thereby having effective solutions to promote the current digital transformation process is an urgent issue.

But in my opinion, the decisive factor for success lies not in technology but in people, more precisely in leadership thinking.
According to Mr. Minh, business leaders need to clearly identify that digital transformation is not a technology project, but a long-term development strategy. This requires a strong commitment from the management board, from strategic orientation to reorganizing the operating model, internal culture and customer experience.
If leaders do not truly understand and lead, digital transformation will forever be just pieces of broken pieces with software purchases but not used, planning but not implemented - Mr. Minh said.
According to Mr. Le Quang Minh, digital transformation cannot be successful if employees are not willing to innovate, experiment and learn new things.
No innovation, no digital transformation. Therefore, businesses need to build a digital culture, where workers are encouraged to be creative, trained and have the opportunity to proactively apply technology to work - Mr. Minh emphasized.
In addition, Mr. Minh said that to successfully transform digitally, there needs to be a roadmap. Businesses need to think comprehensively about investing in digital transformation, following the roadmap, in order to improve superiority, breakthrough, and efficiency.
