In the afternoon of July 23, the number of people coming to SJC Company at Nguyen Thi Minh Khai (HCMC) to trade gold increased sharply, especially in the gold selling area. Many customers had to get their queue numbers from noon and wait from a few tens of minutes to more than an hour for their turn, while gold buying transactions took place faster.
Representatives of Saigon Jewelry Company Limited (SJC) said that the enterprise still applies the gold purchasing policy at transaction point 418-420 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai (Ban Co ward).
For gold bars, gold rings and processed jewelry products, after completing purchasing procedures, customers will be transferred money immediately on the same day. In case the transaction is after 3 pm or the value is over 500 million VND, it will be paid on the next day.
