Khanh Hoa leaders periodically dialogue, remove difficulties for the business community

On September 16, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province issued a plan to organize a conference and periodic dialogue with businesses in the province in 2025.

The plan aims to create a channel for direct exchanges between the Provincial People's Committee and the business community, promptly listening, and removing difficulties and obstacles in the investment, production and business process.

At the same time, it contributes to improving the investment environment, enhancing the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI), promoting administrative reform, building digital government; enhancing the responsibility of cadres and civil servants in handling administrative procedures, facilitating stable and sustainable development of enterprises.

According to the plan, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee will directly chair periodic conferences monthly, quarterly, and annually.

Here, the Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee directed to completely resolve major problems that are inter-sectoral or have a wide impact on the investment and business environment.

The recommendations are compiled and selected from reports and proposals from the Investment, Trade and Service Promotion Center.

At the same time, Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee will preside over the resolution of issues that businesses have proposed related to the areas of responsibility. The dialogue can be held monthly, by topic or when required, ensuring quick handling, correct authority and close to reality.

The Provincial People's Committee requests departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of communes and wards to proactively receive and promptly resolve recommendations from enterprises, not transfer responsibility to other units.

In case of exceeding the authority, the Provincial People's Committee must report to the Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center for direction on handling, absolutely do not let it stagnate or push it back.

The unit's leaders are responsible to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee if there are delays in handling.

The Provincial People's Committee Office is assigned to advise and submit to the Provincial People's Committee Chairman for approval of the organization plan; arrange a suitable schedule for the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee to directly preside over; coordinate with the Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center to monitor and urge the resolution of the petition, promptly report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for direction.
