Los Angeles - An impressive starting point with more than 1,000 potential candidates
Taking place in Los Angeles - the economic and innovation center of the US West Coast - the opening event of this year's campaign acknowledged the large participation of the community of Vietnamese experts and intellectuals living and working in the US.
