In order to improve the investment environment and remove difficulties for businesses, the People's Committee of Yen Bai province has just issued Plan No. 31/KH-UBND to implement the Program "Weekend with businesses" and "business coffee" in 2025.
According to the plan, "Weekend with businesses" will be held every Saturday or Sunday, at least twice a month at departments, branches, sectors, districts, towns, cities or directly at business and cooperative headquarters. The working sessions aim to remove difficulties in production and business activities, especially related to administrative procedures, land, taxes, labor and import and export.
In addition, the "business Coffee" program will take place 4 times a year, flexibly in the last week of the month, focusing on each topic such as industrial production, trade - services, tourism, construction, ... Here, businesses will have the opportunity to directly dialogue with provincial leaders, departments, branches and experts to find solutions to remove obstacles.
In addition to the two programs above, Yen Bai will also organize two Business Meeting conferences in early Spring and to celebrate Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13.
These conferences will evaluate the results of business operations and honor units that have contributed to the socio-economic development and social security of the province.
Mr. Ngo Hanh Phuc - Vice Chairman of Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee emphasized: "Yen Bai government is committed to accompanying businesses with specific actions, immediately resolving problems within its authority, and at the same time recommending the Central Government for issues beyond the level. This is an important step to promote investment attraction and strongly improve the business environment of the province".
Organizing regular meetings not only helps businesses access preferential policies but is also an important bridge for local authorities at all levels to get closer to production and business practices, thereby proposing timely and effective solutions.
