According to Decision No. 494/QD-UBND dated May 20, 2026, the People's Committee of Cua Nam ward administratively sanctioned Ms. Phan Thi Cam Tu (address: No. 4 Trieu Quoc Dat street, Cua Nam ward, Hanoi city).
Ms. Tu was identified as having violations including: not using gloves when in contact with cooked food, violating the provisions of point c, clause 1, Article 16 of Decree No. 115/2018/ND-CP and point c, clause 1, Article 8 of Resolution No. 49/2024/NQ-HDND dated December 12, 2024 of the Hanoi City People's Council; not fully meeting the provisions of law on conditions for displaying food, violating point a, clause 1, Article 16 of Decree No. 115/2018/ND-CP and point a, clause 1, Article 8 of Resolution No. 49/2024/NQ-HDND.
Cua Nam Ward People's Committee recommends that food business establishments strictly comply with food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure community health.
Cua Nam ward said it will continue to maintain regular inspections of food service and street food business establishments in the area to ensure the rights and health of people.
Previously, on May 18, 2026, Cua Nam Ward People's Committee issued Decision No. 491/QD-UBND sanctioning Ms. Phi Ngoc Binh for the act of not using gloves when in contact with cooked food. This act violates the provisions of point c, clause 1, Article 16 of Decree No. 115/2018/ND-CP and point c, clause 1, Article 8 of Resolution No. 49/2024/NQ-HDND dated December 12, 2024 of the Hanoi City People's Council.
According to the People's Committee of Cua Nam ward, this is a violation that directly affects the rights and health of consumers.
Functional agencies recommend that food service businesses must fully ensure food safety conditions before operating. This is a mandatory requirement to ensure the reputation as well as the sustainable development of the business establishment.
In addition, on May 13, 2026, the People's Committee of Cua Nam ward issued Decision No. 467/QD-UBND sanctioning business household Tran Duy Long (address No. 10B Nguyen Che Nghia) for the act of doing business in food services without a Certificate of eligibility for food safety.
This act violates the provisions of Clause 1, Article 18 of Decree No. 115/2018/ND-CP, amended and supplemented in Clause 8, Article 1 of Decree No. 124/2021/ND-CP and Clause 1, Article 9 of Resolution No. 49/2024/NQ-HDND dated December 12, 2024 of the Hanoi City People's Council.
The People's Committee of Cua Nam ward recommends that food service business households complete dossiers and carry out procedures to apply for a Certificate of eligibility for food safety before operating. This is a mandatory requirement to ensure the reputation and sustainable development of the business establishment.
