According to representatives of the Organizing Committee, this year's theme - "Milk industry value chain: Innovation and Sustainable Development" - accurately reflects the trend and urgent requirements of the industry in the context of increasing consumer demand for food safety, product quality and traceability. Vietnam's dairy industry has made remarkable progress in recent years, but is also facing many challenges related to quality standards, ensuring food safety and effective traceability systems as well as long-term development pressures. In that context, the combination of three specialized exhibitions in a unified event series is expected to create a comprehensive connection platform, promote technology transfer, improve competitiveness and increase value for the entire industry.

The organizers also emphasized the role of technology, especially digital transformation, in improving production and management efficiency. Solutions such as smart manufacturing, automation, data management and traceability are becoming key factors to help businesses improve transparency, strengthen food safety control, strengthen consumer confidence and reduce environmental impacts. Through exhibitions, seminars and trade activities, the event aims to raise public awareness about product quality, promote business information transparency and contribute to building a healthy market.

Besides the familiar products of the Nestlé MILO brand, at the exhibition, Nestlé Health Science introduces scientific nutritional products including medical nutritional foods for children from 1-10 years old Nutren Junior and nutritional supplements providing balanced nutrition for the elderly Boost Optimum.

Within the framework of the program, Nestlé Vietnam also participated in a thematic workshop with a presentation "Application of science and technology and digital transformation in the dairy industry", sharing technology deployment experiences throughout the value chain.

Accordingly, Nestlé Vietnam is implementing digital transformation comprehensively, from marketing, sales to production and supply chains, in order to optimize operation and improve consumer experience. In the manufacturing sector, the company promotes digitization, towards a smart factory model, helping to increase labor productivity, optimize efficiency and improve product quality. The business has applied many technology solutions such as robots, AI cameras to control quality, ensure food safety and warehouse systems to improve efficiency and operational safety. Building a real-time data and analysis platform helps businesses proactively monitor operations, detect abnormalities early, increase traceability in the supply chain and improve investment efficiency.

Sharing at the event, Ms. Le Thi Hoai Thuong, External Relations Director of Nestlé Vietnam, said: "Digital transformation is not just a trend but has become a core factor to improve the efficiency of the entire value chain of the dairy industry, while contributing to enhancing transparency, food safety and traceability. At Nestlé Vietnam, we implement digitalization throughout from production to supply chains, while putting people at the center of the transformation process. Through participating in this year's exhibition, we want to share practical experiences, contributing to promoting technology application and strengthening cooperation between parties, towards an efficient, transparent and long-term dairy industry.

In the context that the dairy industry is facing many opportunities and challenges, especially related to the requirements of improving quality, food safety and traceability, technology application initiatives are expected to play an important role in improving competitiveness and promoting long-term development.
