In particular, Thuan Phong Express delivery Company Limited must rectify and publicize information that causes confusion for customers about businesses, products and services on the website of Thuan Phong Express delivery Company Limited.
Up to now, the National Competition Commission has reviewed and sanctioned unfair competition practices prohibited under the provisions of the 2018 Competition Law for 4 businesses in the postal sector.
The National Competition Commission recommends that businesses operating in the postal sector proactively review the content of introductions about businesses, products and services provided by businesses to partners and customers: The process of censoring information posted on the website and media, sales documents of businesses, etc. to ensure that this information has a clear legal basis and scientific basis to prevent risks and control risks of violating regulations on unfair competition prohibited in the Competition Law 2018.
