Group Joint Stock Company said: "Because the certificate of eligible store for retail gasoline and oil expires on June 6, 2026 and to complete procedures to ensure business operations, the company announces the suspension of operations from June 7, 2026".
Similarly, Suoi Linh gas station in the Tam Hiep roundabout area (Long Binh ward, Dong Nai city) has also been closed recently. According to the reporter's investigation, this gas station used to be very crowded, with vehicles entering and leaving regularly. Up to now, the gas station has closed the surrounding fences, and no business activities are seen.

According to information from the Department of Industry and Trade of Dong Nai City, among the 3 gas stations that Lao Dong Newspaper reflected, there are 2 gas stations whose land use purpose is not commercial service land and 1 gas station is defense and security land.
In Dong Nai City, there are nearly 10 gas stations in a similar situation, which are defense land, security land, agricultural land... These cases are having to ask for approval from functional agencies to continue operating; convert land use purposes to commercial service land, and then continue business operations according to regulations.
